Our initial consultation is free of charge, and we are happy to discuss your requirements in general terms without obligation. Once you have found your property, and wish to proceed, we ask you to sign our Client Agreement, appointing us as your Mortgage Adviser.
The charge for our report is £250, but this is paid by the mortgage lender if you proceed with an application, and commission covers the cost of our services. See our IDD document for further details.
